DETAILED INTRODUCTION

Adopting internationally mature design concepts, YZS series circular vibrating screen is applicable to heavy-duty, medium and fine screening operations. It is an ideal equipment for processing materials after primary and secondary crushing, and can also screen finished products. It is mainly composed of screen box, spring support assembly, support base, vibrator, transmission device, motor and transmission support base. With springs as elastic supporting components and eccentric block vibrator as vibration source, the rotating eccentric blocks generate exciting force to drive the screen box to make circular reciprocating motion. Materials bounce and roll in an approximately circular track on the inclined screen surface. During the process, particles smaller than the screen holes pass through, while larger ones stay on the screen, so as to complete the screening work.

It is used for screening sand and stone materials produced from various rocks and ores.

ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS

It features novel structure and advanced technology. Equipped with eccentric blocks as vibration source, it delivers powerful exciting force.

Designed with small amplitude, high frequency and large inclination angle, it achieves high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, long service life, low power consumption and low noise.

It adopts spring steel woven mesh or punched screen plate, which is durable and not easy to be blocked. Finished products of different specifications can be produced by replacing screen meshes with different aperture sizes.

Thin oil lubrication keeps bearings in optimal lubrication condition, thoroughly solving problems such as bearing overheating. It maintains constant temperature of main shaft bearings and extends maintenance interval and service life.

The side plates are integrally laser-cut without welding. All structural parts are connected with high-strength bolts, ensuring excellent overall structural strength.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF EQUIPMENT

This vibrating screen consists mainly of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring assembly and base frame. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric blocks of the vibrator to rotate at high speed via V-belts. The rotating eccentric blocks generate strong centrifugal force and drive the screen box to perform circular motion with a certain amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen surface are continuously thrown by the impulse from the screen box. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the mesh during movement, realizing material classification.
