Vibrating feeder is also known as vibrating batcher. The GZD vibrating feeder manufactured by our company is a new type of vibrating feeder specially designed for uniformly conveying bulk materials ahead of primary crushers in crushing and screening systems. Adopting a double eccentric shaft vibrator structure, the equipment can withstand the impact of falling bulk materials and features large feeding capacity. In the production process, it can deliver block and granular materials from the silo to the receiving device uniformly, regularly and continuously, avoiding shutdown caused by uneven feeding and extending the service life of supporting equipment. This feeder is available in steel plate type and grate type. The steel plate type is mostly used in sand and stone production lines to feed all materials evenly into crushing equipment; the grate type can perform rough screening on materials to optimize the economic efficiency of the whole system, and it has become an essential device in crushing and screening operations.

It is used for feeding and conveying various non-metallic ores (limestone, granite, basalt, cobblestone, Gobi materials, etc.), metallic ores (gold, silver, copper, iron, lead), construction waste (waste concrete, bricks, pavement bricks) and other materials.

The feeder is equipped with an inertial double eccentric shaft vibrator to generate directional exciting force. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate. With equal eccentric mass and eccentricity on both shafts, the generated inertial forces counteract each other in one direction and superimpose in the other, forming directional exciting force. This force drives the feeding trough rigidly connected with the vibrator to produce forced vibration on the supporting springs. Under the vibration force, materials slide and throw in the trough and move forward to realize feeding. When materials pass through the grates on the trough, fine materials fall through the gaps between grates and directly enter the next process without crushing, realizing pre-screening and fully guaranteeing the efficiency and capacity of crushing equipment.
