High-strength hydraulic impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. When materials enter the blow bar action area, they are crushed by impact with the blow bars on the rotor, then thrown to the impact device for secondary crushing, and then bounced back from the impact liner to the blow bar area for re-crushing. This process is repeated. Materials enter the first, second and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until they reach the required particle size and are discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the discharge particle size and material shape.
